My deal involved the trade-in of a vehicle worth more than the the new vehicle I was purchasing. I appreciated Ed's help throughout the process to keep me informed. He responded to my inquires and questions quickly and worked behind the scenes within his company until I received a check. Ed also obtained a lender that approved a loan significantly lower than my bank's pre-approval. Ed was knowledgeable of the different products offered such as extended warranties and service contracts but not pushy in any aspect. He was easy going and I enjoyed working with him.

It was a very pleasant and efficient visit! The atmosphere and service from the Younger Nissan dealership is always amazing from the times I’ve come. Real good folks, very honest and definitely come with an initiative to help. Something they do is send a video of the maintenance so they can show you exactly what they’re talking about in the notes, it’s very helpful to stay in the know about your vehicle. Shout out to Doug Rice for helping out, was super friendly and knowledgeable about what was going on.
