I've been going to Younger Nissan for service on my Nissan Frontier since 2021 because I'm a lazy trash and don't feel like doing my own oil changes. My Truck has over 60k miles on it now. One of my service guys, Ralph, was extremely friendly and professional. Clear with all suggestions and descriptions. Highly recommend Younger Nissan and Ralph for your Nissan services. Service is always quick and I'm able to get my work done in their waiting area while my car is getting service work.
Thanks to Ralph for helping me during a difficult time when my 2025 Nissan rock Creek engine stopped working because coolant wasn’t put in. Within two weeks, I got a new engine, catalytic converter and turbo! Thanks Nissan Frederick
The dealership needs a better detail shop. The skies were overcast and I didn't notice how condition of the paint. All black cars noticeable paint imperfections. This is a bit extreme. My detail guy is taking care of that now. The description at the bottom the add stated that it was a courtesy or loaner car but it was a 2 owner. Barry was cool and easy to work with. This the third car that I purchased with him being the salesman.
Completely happy with my new car, they answered all my questions and were so nice. Definitely recommend!

My deal involved the trade-in of a vehicle worth more than the the new vehicle I was purchasing. I appreciated Ed's help throughout the process to keep me informed. He responded to my inquires and questions quickly and worked behind the scenes within his company until I received a check. Ed also obtained a lender that approved a loan significantly lower than my bank's pre-approval. Ed was knowledgeable of the different products offered such as extended warranties and service contracts but not pushy in any aspect. He was easy going and I enjoyed working with him.
